The Patou Way
- Natural rubber
Natural rubber
Made from high grade natural rubber, Patou and the French bootmaker Le Chameau collaborated to create two unique styles in two colors. Since 2005, Le Chameau works only with the highest-grade A rubber from a plantation in Vietnam. The rubber quality is light in color, with low ash and dirt content. Each element is carefully studied and crafted to perfection to keep the boots malleable, strong and waterproof. A single Master Bootmaker carries out all the steps in the assembly of each boot. They transform the rubber from a raw to finished material, cutting, assembling, and curing the boot by vulcanising it into a finished product. Two legendary names create a new icon.
