Where do we ship Patou?

You can get your order shipped to 25 European countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and The United Arab Emirates.

What are the available shipping methods?

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

All taxes and duties are included in the price you see you the website: no bad surprise, no additional amount to be added when you purchase… Transparency is key to us!

So browse the website, select the Patou products you like and they will be with you with no additional cost than what is written on the product page.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free DHL Express delivery.

What is the delivery time?

We are doing our best to prepare your order as soon as possible.

If you order before 1pm, it will be put to our carrier's hands on the same day.

According to where you live, you will receive your order within 1 to 5 working days.

As soon as our Patou team will prepare your order, you will receive several emails to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. On the email your receive (and as well in your Patou Club account), you will find a link to follow in details the journey of your shipment, step by step.

Returns

How can I return a product purchased online?

We are very sad to hear that your product does not totally fulfil your expectations! And we are doing our best so as it does not happen again.

Whether you would like to return the product because of a defect, because the size does not fit or just because you do not like it as much as you thought, we offer the return.

You can do it online within 30 days after reception of your purchase:

  • Connect to our return portal with your order number (you will find it in your order confirmation email) and the email address used to place the order. You can also find the link to the return portal in your Patou Club Account, clicking on your order details.
  • Select the item(s) you want to return, tell us the return reason and follow the instructions until you get the prepaid shipping label and the packing slip.
  • Contact the Patou Team to organize the pick-up with our partner DHL at the address you have requested. Give us a ring or contact us on WhatsApp at +33 1 42 01 23 69, or email us at information@patou.fr, and give us all the details to organise the pick-up:
    • Your name, phone number and address for the pick-up
    • The time window when you will be available for the pick-up
    • The waybill number displayed on the shipping label
  • Put the item(s) you would like to return back in the shipping box (the item(s) being new, unused and will all the Patou tags still attached), add the packing slip with your return details, and close the box. Stick the shipping label outside the box. Make sure you removed any other labels that were alreayd on the box.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the corresponding amount.

Can I change the size of my product?

We are doing our best to help you find your size, but if you need to change size you can do it for free: simply return the one that does not fit you, and order the new one!

    How do I get my refund?

    Your refund will be made to the payment method used for the payment. We will refund the total amount of the items, excluding shipping fees.

    You will see your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your parcel.

    Can I return a gift card?

    Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

    Can I return an item bought with a gift card?

    You can return an item bought with a gift card. We invite you to refer to our FAQ, Patou Gift Card section.
