This product was designed here, on the île de la Cité in Paris. We then entrusted its manufacturing to a fashion workshop in Romania. This workshop, audited by our experts, was established in the 40s and multiplies its initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of its production. It also puts emphasis on expertise and its transmission! Their oldest employee has been working there for 47 years and the most experienced employees train the newcomers to ensure the future!

This is because at Patou we don’t choose between experience and responsibility, we have banned all unnecessary waste linked to packaging (no box in a box, no cascade of tissue paper). We have developed reusable packaging that will accompany you on your journeys or enhance your wardrobe. Your product will be delivered in a Patou drawstring pouch made of GOTS-certified organic cotton on a 100% recycled and recyclable innovative Patou hanger made from wood and recycled propylene. All the documents you will receive are printed on 100% recycled FSC-certified paper.

At Patou, being green is not only about communication; it is part of our daily life. Our offices have been furnished with recycled wood desks, hemp custom-made carpets, low consumption LED lightling. The Patou stationnery is made of 100% recylcled paper, we have chosen a bike messenger partner in Paris and we offset carbon emissions of our shippings by applying to DHL Go Green program.
